The first item is a coaching webinar I designed and delivered as part of RI Adult Education's BRITFRIT series (By Rhode Island Teachers For Rhode Island Teachers). I created a website which I used as a presentation tool. The presentation became part of RI Adult Ed's professional development materials. I used evaluation responses to reflect on ways that I can improve this presentation. A few weeks later, I delivered a shortened version during our agency's professional development day, using the specific assessment data that we use for progress monitoring our students as material to drive backward design of instructional materials.
